Dr Derrick McKoy CD, KC

LLB, LLM, PhD, MBA, DBA, MCIArb, FAiADR, JP, Attorney-at-Law

Derrick is on leave from the firm from January 2022.

Derrick is an Attorney-at-Law who has worked as a litigator, university teacher and consultant. He is a former public servant with many years of experience with the acquisition and disposition of publicly owned assets and in the regulatory environment. Derrick has also worked on Commonwealth Caribbean competition law and in Alternative Dispute Resolution.

Derrick's work experience includes Director, MVL Stockbrokers Limited; Director of the Jamaica Stock Exchange; Former Contractor-General, Jamaica; Chairman, Fair Trading Commission, Jamaica; Chairman, Anti-dumping and Subsidies Commission, Jamaica; Former Member, Public Utilities Appeals Tribunal, Jamaica; Chairman of the Officer of Utilities Regulation; Chairman of the National Compliance and Regulatory Authority; and  Dean of the Faculty of Law, University of the West Indies, Mona Campus, Jamaica.

Ms Kerry-Ann Tulloch

LLB, LLM, MSc, Dip Shipping, Attorney-at-Law

Kerry-Ann is an Attorney-at-Law in Jamaica and Barbados with considerable experience in shipping law and maritime management. Kerry-Ann was a Marine Pollution, Surveillance and Control fellow with the Japan International Cooperation Agency, Urasoe City, Okinawa Japan. Kerry-Ann also has considerable experience with project planning and implementation.

Dr Grace McKoy

LLB, LLM, MBA, DBA, Attorney-at-Law, Notary Public

Dr Grace McKoy is an Attorney-at-Law and Notary Public with experience in the banking, finance, investment and real estate sectors. She is the former General Counsel for National Commercial Bank Group, where she oversaw most of the group's acquisitions and disposition of corporate assets. As former General Counsel to the NCB Group Ltd, Grace was the principal legal adviser to one of the Caribbean’s largest commercial bank and its subsidiaries, including a merchant bank, a trust company, an insurance company, and a stockbroking and investment advisory company, and their associated companies. She has knowledge of and experience in conveying and estate planning law. Grace is a current Director, General Counsel, Legal and Regulatory Adviser and Corporate Secretary to M/VL Stockbrokers Limited, one of Jamaica's oldest stockbroking firms.
